Dann gings weiter nach Angels Camp. Dort gab es einen ungeplanten Zwischenhalt. Die wundersch\u00f6nen H\u00e4userzeilen haben uns dazu bewogen das malerische und historische St\u00e4dtchen aus der N\u00e4he anzuschauen.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" Bereits Mark Twain hat mit einer Kurzgeschichte \u00fcber diesen Wettbewerb seinen ersten grossen Erfolg als Schriftsteller erlangt. Den Wettbewerb gibt es bereits seit 1893. Auch heute noch wird dieser Wettbewerb einmal j\u00e4hrlich im Mai durchgef\u00fchrt. Es wird gemessen welcher Frosch am weitesten springen kann.<br \/>\nDer Frosch ist voll in das t\u00e4gliche Leben dieses St\u00e4dtchens eingebunden und ist allgegenw\u00e4rtig.<\/p>\n<p><img Von hier sind es noch etwa eine halbe Stunde Fahrt bis zum Westeingang.
